คลินิกนายแพทย์จักรวาล เป็นคลินิกเฉพาะทางด้านศัลยกรรม ซึ่งเปิดทำการตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2545

ดำเนินการโดยนายแพทย์จักรวาล สังฆพรหม (หมอเปา) ด้วยประสบการณ์แพทย์ศัลยกรรมกว่า 10  ปี ให้บริการตรวจ ดูแลรักษาโรคทั่วไปและโรคทางศัลยกรรม  และรวมถึงผ่าตัดเล็กต่างๆ เช่น ก้อนเนื้อตามส่วนต่าง ๆ ของร่างกาย  ก้อนที่เต้านม การขลิบอวัยวะเพศชาย แผลเฉียบพลัน แผลเรื้อรัง  เป็นต้น

          นอกจากนี้ยังมีศัลยกรรมความงามอื่น ๆ เช่น เสริมจมูก ตาสองชั้น แก้หนังตาตก เป็นต้น

          Chakrawan Clinic is a specialized aesthetic surgical clinic run by Dr Chakrawan Sangkaphrom (Dr Pao) since 2002. 

          Dr Pao is a qualified surgeon about 10  years of experience in the field of General surgery and cosmetic surgery, responsible for the preoperative diagnosis, performing the operation, and providing postoperative surgical care and treatment of a patient. 

          Another part is aesthetic surgery  such as nose shape adjustment , upper eyelid resection , breast surgery such as breast augmentation, mastopexy, and mastectomy etc.​
